San Diego Gas and Electric
TeeDee UAS was hired as the UAS Program Lead and Chief Pilot for SDG&E's inaugural UAS program. TeeDee UAS organized all aspects of the program, created all procedures for UAS operations including the standard operating procedures, training standards, safety standards, maintenance standards, inspection, incident procedures, and checklists to operate the UAS safely. She worked meticulously with the FAA for airspace approval and thereby helped SDG&E to become the first utility company in the U.S. to operate a UAS in the National Airspace (NAS).

UAS San Diego FAA Safety Team (FAAST)
TeeDee UAS Was the Chairman of the Board for the first FAAST UAS safety outreach in the nation. The FAAST provides outreach services to the public to educate them on the ever-changing FAA UAS rules and to decrease the nation's aviation accident rate by conveying safety principles and practices through training, outreach, and education while establishing partnerships and encouraging the continual growth of a positive safety culture within the aviation community.
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)
TeeDee UAS is a lead instructor and Subject Matter Expert with (FEMA), as well as a a lead instructor for National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC). TeeDee UAS teaches UAS safety and operations classes to police departments, fire departments, and other public agencies throughout the US.

Hawaiian Electric Companies, Inc. (HECO)
In May 2015, HECO hired TeeDee UAS to train over 25 employees across several departments (e.g., engineering, survey, construction, and maintenance) to fly drones to meet their job responsibilities. TeeDee UAS worked with key people to create a successful drone program that helped new pilots pass the mandatory FAA Part 107 written test and use drones in the field to accomplish their survey-related tasks. Teena has been employed as the Remote UAS Program Development Specialist with Hawaiian Electric Companies since the program's beginning. TeeDee UAS oversaw the approval for HECO, Hawaiian Electric Light Company, and Maui Electric Company's Exemption of Section 333 of the FAA's Modernization and Reform Act of 2015.

Kamehameha Schools
Hawaii's largest private owner of land with an endowment of approximately $11 Billion - hired TeeDee UAS to develop and implement a UAS program to teach some of their key employees to fly UAS. Thr UAS Program tasks included customized procedures, pilot training on two islands, acquiring airspace authorization, reviewing UAS technologies, and creating best management practice (BMP) scenarios to implement in their business and educational operations.
